The Bellanger Frères automobiles were produced from 1906 to 1925 in the Neuilly s/Seine factory. The brand did not survive the 1929 crisis.

This salon, open to all caricaturists and illustrators, was created by Félix Juven, director of Le Rire. Cappiello was part of the organizing artistic committee.
