The first idea was to associate a bear, synonymous with cold, with an open refrigerator. The refrigerator is still a relatively unknown appliance, and showing it open with food inside better demonstrates its purpose. Cappiello will retain the position of the bear from the right sketch for his draft, but he will close the refrigerator door, as otherwise it wouldn't be able to retain the cold.
