In 1929, Établissements Gérard-Becuwe was manufacturing enamelled cast-iron stoves, ovens, cookers, baths and even electric irons. They had a foundry at Signy-Le-Petit in the Ardennes, another at Soissons in the Aisne and a mechanical workshop near Dieppe.
